About the Project
The client's integral garage was being used for storage and was a cold, under-utilised part of their home. With a growing family, they needed an extra multi-purpose room for a home office and playroom, but wanted to avoid the cost and disruption of a full extension.
We provided a complete conversion solution. The project involved removing the old garage door and building a new front wall with a large window to match the house's existing style. We raised the floor, installed high-performance Celotex floor insulation, and added a full electrical package. The room was finished with plasterboard and a durable laminate floor, creating a warm, bright, and seamless new living space that has added significant value and functionality to their home.
